Server Freezing Down !! Help

hello i just got a swat 4 server from you and i have uploaded alot of files .. tbh my whole system folder with swat 4 stuff now .. the thing is when i start up the server .. from the game server cp .. then it says running .. when i go in the server .. and walk around a little bit .. then it ends with i cant open doors, reloading, switch weapon .. and the time limit has stopped counting down .. now after this i go back and look on the game server cp ... and it still says running ! ... whats wrong man !! i dont think its my internet or something cuz that havent happen to me before in any ohter server!! HELP !!!!! HEEEEEELP !!!!
