Clan Sponsorship

All sponsorship requests must now be posted in the Clan Sponsorship forum. Any sponsorship requests sent to an email box will be strictly ignored.

When submitting your sponsorship request make sure you follow the requirements below. You will only have one chance to submit an application and failure to follow the correct rules will automatically forfeit this and any future chance for sponsorship.


- Firstly, any application shorter then 250 words will be ignored. Quality and detail is required. Short questions or introductions are not useful.
- All posts must include the following:

• Clan Name
• Current Website
• Leagues entered and position
• How you can benefit us
• Average age of members
• Nationality of members

- Any post that is not written in a 'professional' way, including abbreviations of commons words and/or mispellings will not be considered for any current sponsorship offers. It is impossible to read a post sometimes when it is full of: ur, innit, or sentances like: we r rly gd n thnk sponserin our clan wud be reli gud 4 ur biznes. (Supringly the majority of sponsorship requests acually look exactly like that).

- Make sure you include as much detail as possible. We only give out around 6-8 sponsorships a year which is less then one per month, so if you want to be spotted make sure your request is detailed!

Remember: Invision Staff will not Post in your thread even to ask for more information or to check details. Questions may be answered but if the same amount of sponsorship requests are submitted on the forum as we receive through email it will not be possible to respond to even a tenth of the requests. However, if you are successful you will receive an email or a PM from a staff member.

Applications without a website url for your clan will not be able to be considered.

If any of your sponsorship request is 'sensitive information', then you may submit a PM to an admin (the guys who have RED names), but this is the only instance when you can PM an admin for sponsorship.

- 'sensitive information' includes things such as sponsorship for a new/secretive game modification or release and is NEVER for normal clan sponsorship.

- If any of the requirements are ignored or not followed your application will automatically be forfeit.

ALL Posts MUST Include what you actually want. Do not just ask for sponsorship because that does not include your requirements. Sponsorship for what? Just webhosting? Just voice hosting? A game server or all?

Just a note to all, we will be selecting 1-10 Clans from all of those who have applied within the next 35 Days carefully reading through.

If you do not hear from us after this time, it is likely this application has not been successful.

We obviously can't offer sponsorship to everyone and only those who are most prominent and look to be the most 'prosperous investment' will earn sponsorship.
