How to get Support

Hello,
This is a friendly reminder to everyone.
If you need help with support drop in a ticket to support@invision-gaming.co.uk or post in the Support Suite.

As some of you are aware I am the only active Admin who checks the forums which means that these aren't patrolled around the clock and can on occasions leave response times until the next day if you catch me when I am unavailable, however the support suite which is accessible by emailing support@invision-gaming.co.uk will generally only be unmanned during extreme off peak times. Times like 2AM onwards when you gamers are fast asleep counting sheep!

Submitting problems on the forum in general discussion - May get some friendly faces trying to advise you quickly, but ultimately when it comes to auctioning any support requests the IG Admins are the only people who can do it.


(In addition - A transparent reason why the support suite is better is because we get nasty emails coming through to tell us if you are waiting too long for a response - VB doesn't even say if you haven't received a response yet).
