Teamspeak Issues

Its only been a few hours but the support suite is getting filled with masses of tickets which all ask the same questions. Because of the large number of queries its not possible to individually reply to each and every one so I thought it wise just to post here.

From what I can gather the Teamspeak servers have been shut down due to billing complications which have happened essentially due to not getting the notifications of request from TeamSpeak - Welcome to TeamSpeak for money. I'm not passing any blame off to them, because I know it was my fault for not getting the emails because I inadvertently banned their email from the support suite when we had problems of Bouncing emails back and fourth and back and fourth resulting in ALOT of emails. I didn't realise this would stop request notifications getting through.

I have settled the account with Teamspeak for all of your teamspeak servers so it should just be a matter of time before they are reactivated. Originally I anticipated the IP to be automatically reactivated however this has not happened so I am in the progress of contacting them now.

I will response to any ONTOPIC posts here.

Any off topic posts which don't provide a constructive contribution to the issue will just be deleted.

Just to emphasise also. We have been a Authorized TS Hoster for nearly 3 years this coming November.

I apoligise for any inconvenience but at the moment I am just waiting for here back from teamspeak. I will continue to update this post with any information I hear back from them.

I have received a response from teamspeak staff. They needed to know the IP address to remove the IP. I expected them to be able to do this automatically, but it looks as though it will be done very shortly.

Teamspeak has been reactivated.

Everyone should have their teamspeak servers back to normal.
