No i didn't, and in future i'll be more carefull to pick a reliable provider. Up down up down up down up down, bizarre email about renewing subscription but no clear instuctions on how to do it... up down up down... bye.

Usually you received some emails 1 week before your server will be down , you can renew your contract with sending money to them and tell them that it is for your server ( really easy ) , moreover many people used to complain about this company but as we could have seen , this is maybe the most cheaper one and the problems are often solved in less than 24 hours ( when they read our tickets of course )

I cannot tell you about services cuz i didn't get my server yet ... i hope soon ... but time ago i wanted to rent a CS server but i rented another that was closest to me ( Spain ) and now i was looking to rent a GMod server and this is the closest to me ...
