This is an auto-responder to inform you that over the weekend period, on the dates 11th and 12th of August there will be a slight delay in performing any support on our clients servers. We will be responding to all emails within the normal 24 hour support response period, however any physical work requested on your server will have to be completed on Monday 13th August. If you have damaged your game server and require a reinstall, you may now do this yourself by logging in and pressing the Reinstall button.
