Refunds

Refunds are given to users where the service provided is either disrupted or poor. The quality of service will be judged objectively by Invision-Gaming and refunds will only be given up to 7 days after the purchase of your order.

Refunds can be given after this time if requested by a user and we agree that a refund is best suited for the current situation.

A consumer will only be entitled to a refund where they are legally entitled to one by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and unless we believe you should be awarded a refund or there are strong reasons for your refund request you will not be entitled to a refund. For example, 'if your clan disbands and you no longer require a game server' this is not reasons for a refund.

If a refund is requested without substantiated evidence that the requested refund is a result of a poor quality service and we are in disagreement, you will be granted a refund at the discretion of Invision Gaming sales support and any refunds may hold a surcharge to cover administration costs. In addition any fees we have incurred while providing your service, such as support time, server modification additions (such as third party mods that require rent, including but not limited to HLStatsX Premium) or any other expenditure made by Invision Gaming may also be added.
