Each server has the ability to be called anything that you want. Unlike some options that can only be set in the command line when launching the server the host name can be changed at at time.

To change the name you simply need to enter:

rcon hostname "My New Server Name"

You can do this in your games console or you can enter it in your server.cfg to ensure it is executed every time the server is launched.
