If there is any single most installed addon for coutner strike source, mani admin would definately be it. The added functionality that it provides to allow administrators to interact with the server and clients on the game server is immense. All its featues are available through the console or a simple graphical user interface allowing someone to perform a range of actions from the simple task of creating announcements on the server to the more complex feature of changing a players color.
This mod is highly recommended for any game that runs on the source engine. You can download the latest version from Mani Admin Plugin site.
