Sponsorship

 

We are not currently actively recruiting clans for sponsorship,however you can still apply onour forum sponsorship page. Before proceeding please read the full requirements.

Sponsorship involves a clan being provided with all neccessary services required to play in leagues. This can include webspace, a match server for your specific game and a private voice server to be used by your clan.
To be sponsored by any Game Server Provider is a priviledge that will only be possible when we feel that your clan can benefit us in some way.

We want to know what you can do for us, without a strong application stating exactly how you can be off service to Invision Gaming it is most likely your application will be discarded.

What you can do for Invision Gaming

Time and time again we hear the same tactics that every clan try and use to get sponsorship, "We can provide you with banners and links from our website." and they immeadiately expect to be sponsored, however it doesn't work like that. We receive enough traffic from multiple sources and unfortunately traffic doesn't always generate sales, its sales that you would need to be able to provide us with.

Think of sponsorship like a business proposition, inform us exactly how you can bring sales and clients to Invision Gaming, be original and precise

What sponsorship means?

All clans who are sponsored will receive the following

• Any webspace required for your clan.
• A gaming match server
• Voice communication server (Teamspeak)
• Support for your server

What sponsorship does NOT include?

If you are sponsored, Invision Gaming will not do the following

• Configure your server include game configs beyond default settings
• Provide you with a custom template for your website
• Provide equipment and funding for LAN events

We have just changed the system of where to apply. Please post all requests in the Clan Sponsorship forum. You can locate that here.

You will have to register an account to post on the forum which you can do on the main page here 

 

All posts must include the following:

• Clan Name
• Current Website
• Leagues entered and position
• How you can benefit us
• Average age of members

You should also read the post on the forum to make sure that you understand everything perfectly. You will only have one chance to submit an application, so make sure you get it perfectly right.

Please do not apply if you have not been an active clan for longer than 3 months, you are not entered in any known leagues or you do not already have a completed website.

Please note, all sponsorship requests we receive will be posted on our public forum and categorized into to sections. Good applications and bad applications. The ratio of which we receive good applications to bad, is around 1:8. If you want to see what the different types are you should view the forum to see how you should form your sponsorship requests.
